Which is the best way to quit smoking?

Seven out of ten people would like to quit smoking. If you are one of them, get Champix varenicline, the latest aid for smoking cessation. Many people try unsuccessfully for years before they can quit smoking for good.

However, now that Champix varenicline is available, the chances of success in smoking cessation increase. People can now quit smoking more easily than ever. Champix varenicline helps people by reducing withdrawal symptoms and cutting down nicotine cravings. Champix varenicline also makes smoking displeasing by not allowing nicotine from cigarettes to attach to the nicotine receptors in the brain.

Let us understand the effects of Champix varenicline in detail so that you can know about its efficacy better.

Fights withdrawal symptoms

When a person tries to quit smoking, he suffers from occasional or persistent withdrawal symptoms such as headaches, indigestion, nausea, diarrhoea, and sore throats. These symptoms normally last for four days.

Insomnia, fatigue, increased appetite, lack of concentration, increased tendency to dream, irritability, depression, and anxiety are symptoms that mark the departure of nicotine from the body. These symptoms are very menacing and they last for two to four weeks. Coughing, this is the most common symptoms, and it is caused by cilia that work to clean the tar and mucus.

Champix varenicline reduces the nuisance of withdrawal symptoms to quite an extent and helps people to quit smoking without any trouble.

Curbs nicotine cravings

The hardest part for any smoker is to face cravings that make him desire a cigarette. Nicotine cravings generally last for 3 to 5 minutes, but these few minutes can make a smoker forget all his promises and resolutions and light up. Champix varenicline reduces cravings by attaching to the nicotine receptors in the brain. This way your brain is tricked into believing, you are receiving your daily dosage of nicotine.

However, if you light up a cigarette because of emotional factors, Champix varenicline will make smoking so displeasing that you will get an ugly and nasty feeling. This is because Champix varenicline does not allow nicotine to attach to the brain and all you do is inhale the smoke and have no benefit at all from smoking. The sense of lull and calm that attracts you to smoking is nullified with the help of Champix varenicline.

So quit smoking with Champix varenicline and make smoking cessation an easy and pleasurable task. Buy Champix varenicline now!

Addiction is a term that is more often than not meant in the negative sense. Getting addicted to anything, even if it is something that is ideally good is not advisable. The word addiction usually makes us remember of all the unhealthy things like smoking, drinking, drugs etc. Among them smoking is undoubtedly the most widespread addiction. Interestingly for most of the smokers who are keen on quitting, a staunch will power is what they actually need as opposed to the modern concepts like chantix. For all those who are unaware of the term, chantix is a drug that assists in quit smoking. However, if you do not have the will power and the mental strength, no quit smoking drug can help you.

To the aforementioned poster-- the product is "champix" not "chantix" and for me personally, some 8 days into it now feel like its doing the trick.

I have given up smoking "successfully" twice. Once following bowel surgery. The second after a series of horrific root canal treatments. Will power is most certainly needed, but I think what most people forget, or what most people who never smoked have never known is how highly addictive smoking, as a vice, can be.

I believe it was David Bowie who said "A smoker never gives up cigarettes. The space between cigarettes merely increases." We're talking about a man who also commented that for him, personally, cigarettes were harder to kick than heroin.

It's a tough gig.

And a sad one.

I started researching Champix after a good friend, and long-term heavy smoker quit. I'd never really smoked as much as he had and figured if he could kick it, under the circumstances, than perhaps it was worth another try.

He said the day he started (champix) he came home and collapsed on his bed, sobbing. "I felt like I was burying my best friend."

And that's exactly what its like.

Cigarettes have been a much more, reliable friend to me over the years than most.

Excepting of course, the fact they give you cancer, stain your teeth, and in my personal account, exacerbate my sjogrens syndrome.

So.

Here I am.

8 days in to it.

My official day of "giving up" is tomorrow and that terrifies me. Though I have had the odd cigarette at night over a glass of wine-- it feels dead. Limp. Lame. Like bad sex or food when you're not hungry.

The dreams I've been having, however are astonishing.

Has anyone else felt particularly fatigued?

Alexandra Coffey.
